Safe and Sound Coalition
“Safe neighborhoods. Transparent leadership. Sound decisions.” The residents' coalition organising on the plant's air quality, noise and permitting. Their campaign — Shut Down the Unpermitted xAI Power Plant in Southaven — asks the same question as the Foundation's MDEQ records request: are the turbines running on a permit, or not?
The records on this site exist because they asked for them. Every document in our library came out of their requests to the City. They also maintain their own public archive of records, studies and advocacy material.
