On campaign finance
The Foundation has prepared requests for the 2024–2026 campaign finance disclosures of every official above who signed or voted, with itemised contribution schedules, addressed to the DeSoto County Circuit Clerk, the Southaven City Clerk, and the Secretary of State's Elections Division.
It means a records request exists. It does not mean any contribution has been found, and it is not a suggestion that any official has done anything wrong. When the filings arrive we will publish them in full, including the ones that show nothing. A transparency project that only publishes the damaging half of what it receives is not a transparency project.
