[0:02:04] s we have a motion volume and pain second of alderman kite is there any discussion hearing non-roll call yes okay that motion carries next on our agenda is the name of FEMA change order this Mr Chris Wilson mayor board this change order simply extends the data substantial completion from the end of March until June 30th there's no additional funds involved this is just extending the contractor's time due to the rain we've had electric completion date to June 30th which will allow us to continue to be reimbursed for the project experiments we approved the contract extensions we have a motion Alderman Brooks second Alderman Florida's is there any discussions very non-roll call yes okay and that motion carries thank you Chris next on our agenda the contract modification for Green Machine Enterprises the contract we have a gray machine regarding the use of the amphitheater it does allow for there to be a wager of rent for any improvements that are made to the amphitheater recently were there were sixty thousand dollars in improvements made to add box seats to the amphitheater so the city has the ability uh per the contract to modify it to allow either a full waiver of the rent or partially so is there a motion to do either of those there is no motion next on the agenda is approval of Jack in our local agreement Mr Nick Manley

[0:04:10] is this is the interlocal grant between the county and City Ball branch in Southaven which will allow for funding to the Department of Justice to purchase certain equipment for our police force the internet to the same way we go to in 2013 14-15 so we just need approval from there to sign the agreement and then once he signs it will get to AP to approved or percentage of approval and file Secretary of State's office so the funds can be used to the equipment that's that's not taking place that requested this Meyer move we adopt the resolution the mayor border dog we will see South Haven approving interloval agreement between the South County the Sydney South Haven the city hall Branch for 2015 Edward bird Justice assistant screen second Anton we have a motion of honor and pain a second Alderman Ferguson is there any discussion it should be the 2016 I think 2016 Duran okay thank you okay here in no uh request for discussion roll call yes okay and that motion carries next on our agenda is a resolution for pre-corp warehouse tax exemption Saba holding company LLC doing business analysts Terex trucks Americas in this resolution uh it should have been the last four game but it's been Alton knives overlooked last meeting with paperwork but uh it's all authorization for the Freeport warehouse for Saba holding um doing business as tariffs trucks the County's approved to already signed and approved it from there and it comes recommended from the set of County Economic Development tax incentive committee so tonight we're just in the authorization the boards uses to have the mayor signed the resolution for the Freeport attacks Warehouse exemption I'll make that motion second

[0:06:13] we have a motion vitamin Flores second artem and kind is there any discussion hearing none roll call yes yes yes that motion carries okay next on our agenda is a purchase by our City Utilities Department from our city Fire Department this will allow the city Department to purchase a storage shed or a storage facility from the fire department for twenty five thousand dollars the reason income for approval tonight would be the CD Utility Fund is uh is a standalone climb so we need authorization on our minutes to allow that funds from the utility department to be used to purchase the building from the fire department you know it works out well from the city standpoint because the safety utility uh on money and purchase it from a good market and the fire department was looking to get rid of it from the standpoint it provides them playing to buy something that they need that will be addressed later in the meeting tonight but we've called the state author's office is the way to handle it anymore minutes right front door tonight show mode we have a motion of Honor mcferguson second Alderman kite is there any discussion so because between the general flying facility fund we had to said if we could just move it over yeah anyway I think you can make good habits all right are they gonna are they moving are they gonna disassemble and move it yeah okay just going to be moved to the transit center right what was the question is the building going to be moved no it's going to stay there that was going to stay there okay the entire department will get a building at the Wentworth so you'll approve that contract for that contract later on with me okay I'm sorry is there any other discussion

[0:08:21] hearing none all in favor say aye aye all opposed say no outside of motion carries [Music] all right and then excellent agenda is a resolution to Surplus Police property to Steve Parker Steven mayor board uh we have a resolution in front of you tonight to uh before we're requesting that eight vehicles and one bicycle um declare circles property all of these items were seized by our Narcotics Division we do have titles on all the vehicles the officers or through the vehicles have important to us particularly useful at this time so we're a question is done maybe like a circle so that we can option that's the top resolution of the airport involved in the city South Haven disposing to received property is presented on the state mistakes we have a motion Alderman Brooks second Waterman Ferguson is there any discussion it goes back in Narcotics on the purchase equipment and vehicles for them it's going to auction right yes I remember the days when we had to drop those around some of them pretty bad but we were happy to get someone else is there any other discussion hearing non-roll call me yes yes okay next on our agenda is a recommendation of award Dan Cordell mayor there are four separate we took four separate videos all these are in support of our city overlay program um

[0:10:22] I think we need to do four separate Awards okay um the first and let me say general statement uh all these have dollar figures related to them those are not dollar figures related to the actual contract allowance these are term bids those dollar amounts were just used to compare the bids uh we'll actually award work to them based off of y'all's overlay list or program that we do annually and it can be renewed on the annual budget annual year their fuel adjustments included in the contracts our recommendation on the first one is for this is for the typical which are used to see in the annual asphalt overlay this brake materials and installation the materials on the base bid installation is the additive alternate and for that we recommend a primary contract or two Damon robbers as one bitter and then we would like to recommend a first alternate bidder as aipac as the second low in case we have issues with supplied materials or issues with their timing is of getting work done we can go through the second alternative I'll make that motion okay for the first award we have a motion vitamin Flores and a second by Alderman Brooks is there any discussion contract sir conference okay yes if you want to award and sign the contract Awards authorize them there so yeah and that'll be that'll be in the minutes I'm sure by understood okay is there any other discussion on the first award hearing now and roll call s yes yes yes okay I'm not motion carries uh the next one is for some of our smaller asphalt this is uh for

[0:12:25] installation only we will get the supplies this will be the CD Supply and material from one of those previous contracts uh we have some patching to do or repairs that either through public works or for some of our overlay for installation only we only had one bidder it was North Mississippi driveway so we recommend an award for installation only of asphalt to uh driveways I'll make that motion second okay on the second award we have a motion of alderman County second Alderman pain is there any discussion very non-roll call yes yes yes and that motion carries the third one is related to street parking striping uh temporary permanent or even raised markers not all of our streets have those and sometimes we'll New Roads in our overlay program that don't happen but some do this will keep us going to go out and get quotes on the individual roads so this again will be an annual this dollar figure again is not a settlement it's going to be about how much they actually do we recommend awarding uh contract to Riverside Traffic Systems from that portion of work we have a motion by Autumn and pain for Ward three and a second of Ottoman Gallagher is there any discussion Mr Smith we at one time thought we were going to buy our own stock machine is that still in the process are we going to work no we have it we do have our own for the first time we have our own striking machine it is geared towards doing like a smaller project and this would be something where if you're doing a major arterial Street that's not uh striping is faded or you have extensive work then we would use them but on the smaller stuff and we've already done a few we've done our we've already used our machine namely on Central Parkway on the uh to the homicide if you go there

[0:14:28] there was nothing on the road there we had some requests there may have been from you no we were swinging we were talking okay I know on Central Parkway there was no striping at all it's caused a little bit of confusion with the buses and the traffic in the morning so we used our new striking machine and we did do the striping there and then we did do uh there was somewhere else I don't know if it was just swinging North nothing new I mean not Sweeney but um no we did Elmore North you know not the new Elmore but we re-striped Elmore North back to Goodman we did but that wasn't that was before we got our own wood okay there were any there was one or two more that we've already used it for but we do have it but basically it's geared for smaller projects this would be for the longer yeah thank you okay is there any other discussion on the striping award hearing none or welcome yes yes yes and that motion carries the last one is for the pavement reservation Sealcoat type work is something that we have this is the new stuff we've not done in the past we have we had two bidders on the uh the farm we're recommending is actually out of Missouri to Vance Brothers we recommend awarding again a term bid annual contract for them as the primary second okay on the silicone award we have a mushroom Waterman Brook second Alderman Flores is there any discussion she says I'm sure you do not want an alternate right the alternative vehicle was extremely large on that so I didn't feel like it was competitive fair enough when will we start our schedule uh it's going to be roughly uh first week in July we're the mayor is going to I think present to you and Liz at the next board meeting of the roads we've

[0:16:30] come up with as soon as we have we're going to go ahead and work through the contract with them and we issue those lists to them as a work order and they'll start after that I think they have 10 days to mobilize and get started and it is the list that I've already emailed nothing has changed since I emailed it to you those are the ones that um again based on the city-wide pavement analysis the rating of the asphalt conditions and also the traffic flows that's how we prioritize it and um but nothing has changed since I've emailed that list of you guys and we can talk about it kind of frequently okay is there any other discussion about the um hearing nun rocom yes yes okay now motion carries thank you thank you Dan okay next on the agenda is a supplemental agreement number two for Getwell Road whitening project Stateline Road highway 302 Miss Whitney cook uh yes sir as he said we've got a supplemental agreement uh we ran into some drainage issues that we're going to have to add into the design and cost for the Getwell Road widening right up at the state line north of the actual intersection of State Line in Seattle good news is is when we break it down on the quantity adjustments we're actually decreasing the price of the overall project by 11 898.60 it's not because this project Edition lowered it but when MDOT came in and decided to do the CMAC project at the same time they actually took over some of the milling and paving at the actual intersection of 302 and get well and then turn it dropped our price automatically on the job this is actually bringing it up a little bit but we're still essentially twelve thousand dollars under but the strainage Improvement has to be done to make the site work on the North End

[0:20:35] seven days or something happened on my telephone I see that I called on the first I guess that's about seven days I'm assuming I talk to somebody there at codeine enforcement numbers first they call me back later on they said everyone talked to you the first time said well I had to have the guy that works in that area to call you he called me back uh he told me I had some cars out there on the lot I asked him what was wrong with them because they're not mine they didn't have I think it didn't have a transmission in them or didn't have a mowed round uh and the grass hadn't been cut right there I thought he just went right there where those cars were that separates my place from the place next door uh because that grass was about like that and the guy that's supposed to cut my grass uh you know it it rained here at the end of the week last week his daddy died I guess it was yesterday or day before yesterday so I didn't get that cut uh they were going to call me back and tell me what else I needed to do this piece of property I have it's right across the street from me I don't know if y'all know about where DeSoto Woods is or not or anybody has ever even get in there but it's right across the street from where I live and it's kind of like my privacy I did start tearing the floors out here several years ago all the old Plumbing was going to redo all the old plumbing and start working around it it's got a big old room added on the back it'll kind of looked like a brick wall all the way around anyway the city let this guy next door put on duplex in here well you know if they don't let you put a duplex in

[0:22:39] a heck my cattle place down and I will put a duplex in okay what they did they let them call it a grandfather grandmother's ring or something like that but you know if you don't want no Traders over there shoot let's let me carry it out put a duplex in I would love to do that but on a place right here I didn't get the grass cut because my guys didn't die and I didn't uh I was told that I would be called back told what else I needed to do the only things that I was told I needed to do was to cut my grass which I didn't do and move those cars and I asked about I had kids from kids I'm assuming went in there and busted out some walls in the windows the last guy that we had was code enforcement that used to come to the house and tell me what I needed to do he just he told me just to board it up and be all right right now so that's what I did a couple of Windows kids and busted out the windows and it just looked probably as bad as important partners but uh anyway I don't want to tear my place down so it's not being what what is your name against there my name is Dennis Fowler that's how I was you said no one is occupying the place no sir nobody's occupied that place since I bought it and I had it and I've had it since 96. at the time it really the paper wheel there sir it really wasn't livable and like I say we pulled out all the over rotten like if you go in the trailer itself you go to one end where the bathroom part is all all that is pulled out and it was rotted and I just never did anything else with it and like I say I probably just got lazy but the main thing is it's across the street from my house I'm kind of in the woods I like to show the woods like you know yeah well anyway let me ask this Mr first of

[0:24:42] all Whitney is there anything that what actually can he do to avoid to be removed from this list um well I mean the main thing is getting the exterior maintained I mean we need it mode if the inoperable vehicles are still there we need that to be dealt who does that now can we make a motion removing it from the list now we can do I mean yes this this one is not on the agenda right now as a building teardown so I mean that's that's not in question it's just the grass it's just the grass the inauges having a grass cut well I could I could get in touch more if I'd really wait on my man to cut it but how long is that going to be though but his daddy died yesterday well that's kind of the issue I mean we definitely are sympathetic too bad but but you know we can't go indefinitely that's why that's a certain amount of times before you get on this list yeah and it was posted on the 24th according to the code officers um well I got what we thought posted on the 24th I got a letter here they sent them it was wrote up on the 24th and it was mailed on the 25th and it went to my address if it's across the street from you can you cut the ground what what if I had to yes ma'am I sure again was it sent to the address where you live now excuse me what address was it sent to 5908 Shirley Lane is that where you get your Abalone paxis for that property actually I don't have a mailbox here in my mailbox I haven't checked my mail since Friday and this was in my mailbox when I went and check it today but but you did get notice because you've got it with you obviously yes sure okay yes sir and I called I can say that the notice I got I don't remember the little paper and said if you'll call and find out what you got to do and after he told me about the cars and that other stuff he never comment back or I never talked to him to find out if there's something else I needed to do like I said I think the thing right now is the grass and and you're acknowledging it wasn't mode they're asking if you can get it mowed today it's more what your timeline is if I had to get them over today I can't

[0:26:44] buy really what tomorrow would be nice but I don't think one I mean I don't want to stay for the board but I don't think anyone here would buy in two days if you can I promise we don't want to cut anybody's grass but it's got to be cut and that's why you got on the list but if you're saying you can't get it done I would think the board this board may want to make a motion and remove you from this list well I'm sure you're doing well that's what uh you know every time voting enforcement changes we go through different things you know what I'm talking about I mean a lot of different things us people we don't really know what's what's right what you're going to make us do and what you ain't you know we make these laws up like we make laws up for two families can't live in one house what does that mean you know it's not even in law no more I don't think is it well everything every ordinance that we have there isn't I mean nobody just pulls it out of the back pocket there's a reason for it because your neighbors you know may have a problem with that or or somewhere along the line when the ordinance was created because because of multitude of citizens we're having a problem with something like that I would think you know having two families of a house comes to an issue of cars cars parked in the yard things like that too many people inhabiting you know fire safety issues things like that so there's a lot a long list of reasons why an ordinance is created nobody's out there like I said nobody wants to cut your grass we'd love for you to do it well you got a poor person out there who's got a little bitty trailer that lives in it's all he's got or he's got got two or three kids and he wants to add a room on this place legally once they get done all the time out there but legally you can't do that you know well there's a process I mean you have to have permits right it says you think well I'm not sure I'm sorry I thought it said you couldn't do it it's not but we'll put any anything that you have a question about will Whitney's office Wendy's our planning director she'll be glad to sit down and explain any detail anything about it that's not clear we'll be glad to explain that to you to make sure I'm sorry can you add it room can I have one thing and this is nothing

[0:28:51] against you not mowing it please don't take it this way if you don't if if we don't condemn it and God forbid something happens and it's not mowed you're on two-week schedule again if we can dim it any Moses before we get to it to mow it it's no harm no fouling him um and I don't and it's and like I said it's not but I think you're not going to mow it but I don't want to wait another two week cycle and something happens um so we just we could just add it to the end of the list and we're gonna let you know Caden put a duplex next door to my house I don't really know about the duplex next to the house you know y'all put it I mean you overtaken with a few things I'm not sure a lot of things that happened anyway I mean two days I tell you I do it in two days I clean my word I'm not saying you're not going to do it in two days I appreciate you hey I did want to share this with you too it is fair to know that DeSoto Woods a lot of the things that were built and the way they were built were done before it was in the city of South Haven that was an Annex property um it has not been in the city of South Haven for many years so most of the homes a lot of things that were done there were done before it was in the city itself we rezoned it about what four years ago years ago we resulted from AG to residential can I roast chickens over there in agricultural zones you can raise it was agriculture see it was that's why that's what ottoman Brooks is telling you one time it was agriculture but it's been rezoned so now in the zone that said now it said you cannot raise the chickens there okay what about these grains we got over there you know how we got the ditch we got a ditch when you come in that drain gets you so they're you know they're not underground and you come down about halfway down a lot of those trailers right there when it rains all that water just backs up in and that's just because they don't get up there with a shovel and take that dirt out of the uh the people from stopping it up but it's a city responsible for that probably will probably probably yeah if it's a city drainage system then the city it will do that so if you have concerns just contact us we'll have someone do an

[0:30:53] analysis check it out but if it's on private property the city can't do anything about that but but we'll gladly check it out if you have any we're talking a lot of different issues now we're talking about grass now we got into a bunch of stuff and we'll gladly answer any questions that you have but uh that yeah drainage issues a whole different ballgame have been on this list yeah I put a new place in my place I will nobody's mad I got two days to do it just in case something don't happen right you tell us tonight we'll be in the midst you're going to do it two days yes sir thank you very much so what we'd be suggesting we leave the property on the list you know it gives us authorization but we're not doubting that you're going to do it it just stays on the list but if you do it within two days there's not going to be no cost to you so you know yes sir is that good yeah yes sir all right thank you very much appreciate it okay is there anyone uh else in the audience uh that owns one of these properties on the list I would like to speak hearing and seeing nine roll call yes okay yes yes yes okay I'm not motion carries all right next on our agenda is our planning agenda nothing tonight okay next is um my mayor's report just want to update you on a couple things first of all Thursday on June 9th uh 10 a.m we're going to have a press conference at the new Senior Center the banquet room there and uh the press conference will be short but basically I'm just gonna um discuss some things about the improvements to we're going to have a tour that will follow that will show the senior center also we'll have golf carts available some golf carts available to do a tour of the new Snowden Grove many stadiums that have been built out there in the bathroom concession editions we're also going to tour the amphitheater improvements that were done last year and we're going to tour the

[0:32:56] proposed site of the new tennis expansion that's slated to happen in 2000 in FY 2017 which would be actually the fall of 16. but on that we're also going to discuss the importance of the tourism tax the restaurant tourism tax commonly known as the penny of your Parks pay for all these things so we want to show everyone in attendance what we're actually doing with the money you know that tax was approved in 2012 and since then I'd say it has had a repealer on it so we've had to work off a three-year budget which has made it very very challenging but this board has supported me we've come a long way in three years with that money we've done a lot of things so I want the people of South Haven I want the state of Mississippi to know that the tourism tax uh this in South Haven is being used it's being used wisely just very uh beneficial for our city so we're going to look at all the things that we've done with that tax so um all of you if you want to be there it'll be 10 o'clock on uh Thursday at the at the new Senior Center which is uh is on the uh the south end of the Parksville another issue came up maybe you've seen that in the media social media or other media but evidently the for whatever reason there was a a news organization called The Guardian news and media that listed the city of South Haven on a list of cities in the United States that are cheating on their water samples these water samples are done throughout the United States to prevent dangerous lead content in the water and the EPA gives instructions to each state on the testing procedures well the city of South Haven was listed on there because they said that we had outdated instructions that we've used in the past the cities in Mississippi take a sample every three years all this occurred after the Flint

[0:34:59] Michigan problems these changes it was a minor change in the instructions but what's false about this is that the city of South Haven couldn't cheat because we've not done a water sample since the changes have been made so it was very disheartening very disappointing to me that an organization would not only twist and turn some facts like they commonly do but this was totally false some of the people South able to know that you do not have to worry about your water we're a low-risk city anyway there's not many lead pipes in the city of Southaven plus the content and the treatment of the water is extremely important keeping the water safe we have great water the city of South Haven there are no problems with the water in South Haven I've been very vocal about my dissatisfaction with putting us on that list I've made that very clear and I'll continue to do that but I want you to hear tonight that that article is totally false the city of South Haven should never have been on that list and um the water is great in the city of South Haven that's enough for me tonight okay we have a Citizens agenda next we had a couple people that signed up the it's Miss Tiffany Walters present please come forward uh she's picked up two weeks ago today by the animal control they gave me two weeks to get rid of her or I was going to be excited 250 I know that y'all have been discussing or maybe changing the ordinance for the mini pigs I'm just here wondering what I need to do at this point to keep the animal control away in the citation what your decision was leaning towards or if you had come to a decision or what was going on with that well the board has not actually met what my office told you we have done that we've met administratively to pull the ordinance and to do some research with other

[0:37:02] cities around the United States it's it's my understanding that in recent years that it's become popular to have what's tired of mini pigs and yours I guess would be considered a mini pig yes sir so there's been we've initiated discussion on that just to check our ordinance to make sure it is up to date at a modern ordinance and at this point we've not had a chance to bring it before the board what we'll do at this point is have an ordinance committee meeting we'll take the information that we've gathered our Animal control officer and other department heads and myself have also done research on that and uh we'll bring that to our ordinance committee and discuss that for a possible change don't want to mislead you there are some there are some concerns there and the challenge with us is and I know that it was on the news and I brought out a lot of sympathetic comments I understand that we certainly don't want to take a pet away from any child but the thing that is concerning about it we have to be careful as a city when we start um amending ordinances that we don't open up the door to something that is a bigger problem so you know if we're talking about a 50-pound mini pig that sleeps in the bed at night I think that's fairly Innocent but it is fair to know that you're big now is about it's over 200 pounds your pigs we picked the pig the pig is a has become a large Pig but is the pig's still in the house yes sir she's 12 . how much does she weigh she she's hot balance 95 pounds okay well we'll discuss that here but the reason I bring that up there is some concern because we've done some research throughout the United States and that's been a problem because a lot of people it's become uh fad to buy these mini pigs and some of them are bred differently some of them get bigger than that so that's right so what's termed a mini pig is not always a mini pig and then uh you get into the situation the reason swine and livestock are not allowed are residential sums to begin

[0:39:04] with because things come with that I mean you know you have uh you have the smell you have things like that that are offensive to neighbors and I think I understand that your Home Association also prevents uh prevents um the pigs there as well I would encourage you to I would encourage you to look at that because they did there is some information out there right I have that I've got my ordinance right here actually um I've done my research also I did make some packets it's tons of it's got my homeowners association my vet bills um other cities and other ordinances their regulations on what they have for their mini pigs and livestock or farm animals whatever you want to call them um I did make a few if y'all would like to see them and maybe review them um my question now is what do I do until we're gonna we're gonna work with you on that um our Animal control officer or not officer director is um one of the best he's going to make sure that we um we're gonna work with you on that if we can't and that's something I'm not going to speak for the board we've not met with a ordinance committee meeting we'll do that and if A Change Is Made we'll let you know that if it's not then uh he will work with you to uh find another location for it for the animal but again I did want to finish one more thing I was going to say and we will glantly take that information and I'll share that with the board the only thing we're concerned about is you know when you start when you start changing an ordinance even though this pig may fit and not be harmful if you are not careful how you change the ordinance then you allow the next pig that may not weigh 95 pounds that next Pig May weigh 250. yeah and uh and you know the reason we would have never known about your pig if your pig wasn't out eating trash in the neighborhood that's how it would probably yes she wasn't locked up and that was yeah and your neighbors were concerned

[0:41:07] they kind of freaked them out they saw figuring around right so that's how this all occurred but right um but anyway we want to listen and if it's something we can do to suit it we'll definitely try to do that I just didn't want to mislead you because there are still some concerns out there right and I think and there's really nothing what you did already by bringing that fact that it's helpful and that's really all you need to do at this point um but the other thing I was going to say and I'll finish this you know open up that ordinance if you do start if you change it where some mini pigs are larger and become offensive to your neighbors then you know you may have the next person that says well I have a you know a Shetland pony or a mini party this this is a different breed of pony this Pony is smaller you know it just it just it's a never-ending thing and uh we want to be conscious of the uh you know the needs of the surrounding citizens as well and um so that's something to be concerned about the other thing is um if I mention the size the size of the animals are concerned oh the other thing I was going to tell you is there is information out there that with this mini pig craze these sanctuaries for these animals are becoming overloaded which means that right A lot of people are buying these for Christmas for their children yeah and they don't realize that they don't stay that small yeah 10 pounds yeah and they get huge and then they become they start doing things that pigs do right and then they want to get rid of them so they're starting to flood the sanctuaries with these animals and it's unfair to the animals because they're getting they're they're being purchased as a as a pet and then when they turn into lives true livestock that people are getting rid of the animals and that's unfair to the animals so we definitely wouldn't want to open up a situation in South Haven that's not fair to the animals as well so those are just the issues thus far but again no decision has been made I appreciate you coming forward I'll take that information with what we have we'll schedule another meeting and we should

[0:47:15] address Nate the resolution should say yeah there's a resolution too it's 8206 Cedarbrook Drive I got a question uh what will be the process if she does sell the property before we demo it what will be the process to keep it from getting demoed well I mean obviously they'll be in touch with us and they'll pull permit on it that permit will be good for two years to do the renovations and they can start working through the building department because in fact it is a repairable building so in other words so if they go ahead and they pull they pull a permit we we advise them two years to to bring it together essentially yes but Britain the monetarily change change of money between hands and and pulling permit might that take more than 10 days um possibly you know he asked if he if we needed to see a contract they have agreed to do a quick claim over to each other so that should be easy enough to get done in 10 days this gentleman does a lot of flipping of houses he felt that he could get it done within two-week time period to get it transitioned over from them to his ownership um right yeah this is it's been a month we we had the first hearing on May 3rd it was tabled until tonight there's been no progress on it and this gentleman that called me today I mean he was very nice he said look they just proposed this to me on Friday right so um and that was after me calling them twice letting them know which he was saying all right it's being condemned so it's like it was almost a scramble to find somebody and that's why I don't want to go in and push it off for another month and just say let's table it until July because if it is in fact or to just push it off then we're essentially just one more month behind uh if they start doing the work before we get over there to demo then you know back away well and I think we'll communicate to them that we condemned it tonight should something change let us know and then sure I never we have direct contact with them from their house we have a level number of property owners and the gentleman who's looking to buy it I mean we've got contact with
