[0:06:14] kelly yes yes yes up next to the resolution cleaning proper product you make the motion to uh approve the have the authority to claim private property as presented on this statement a second got a motion kelly the second baltimore news is there anybody in the audience of which to speak on any of these properties you're not any discussion along scored hearing none i'll call you yes up next the planning agenda is whitney cook yes sir i have got a two-fold project here um and it's going to start with a site design and go into the actual elevation design uh the hard corner of the northwest corner of airways and goodwin road there's a trussmart bank there right now this proposal is to demo that site they have found another location further east they want to um go after uh in turn they want to build a two bay building on this site uh one with chipotle and the other is aspen dental mdot came through some time ago there's a big road project going on over there by the hospital i think everybody's been in that traffic i know what's going on they had a lot of right-of-way acquisition on that this hard corner got a lot of that right away acquisition so it's a very tight corner so there were a few variances that were allowed on it due to mdot um pertaining mainly to uh with the streetscape and the buffer yards and things like that uh and also the parking stall dimension so the site plan that we're approving tonight is quite compliant with the exception of the pervious runoff which we've addressed and

[0:08:17] the parking stall dimensions and then the buffer lines on the other side of this privilege you'll see up here is the elevations that they're proposing they did come in originally with a much different look staff was not early excited about it they did work with us and we came up with this design where they both have their own identity but also have some continuity with wayne scott materials and things like that um so what you have in front of you is what is submitted that staff has agreed to and is recommending for approval with two minor exceptions on it and one isn't the hash but the decorative lighting up it is kind of a more traditional looking building on one side and it's more modern on the other side so we told them to go with a kind of nice split between the two and the wayne scott which is the three and a half foot at the bottom of the building it's required to have masonry materials all the way around on the chipotle side they actually did a weather that just had ethis to the ground we've asked them to carry that stone all the way around and get the back of the building as well um not a whole lot of places for landscaping so we beat it up very tightly in places they did have they've agreed to all of these changes so that being said we're recommending approval both [Music] yes on the staff report says the location of design review is the east side of getting roads off the dam yeah that was those just thank you for picking up that area that was uh one that we left that's where the new trust market is going okay yes i just want to make sure that we're approving the right thing but you have given away where the new trust marks going so yes it will be thank you but yes this is for the demo site what they intend to do they're all kind of working in conjunction together once that one tears down they'll already have

[0:10:19] the other one built out so what you're seeing here probably will not come to fruition for another 12 to 18 months um because they have to get the other one built and that other one is online to come in front of the board in august for approval it may be situated a little bit further back but it's not going to look further back because the mdot's come in and bought more of the property to do the road project so it's probably gonna look like it's just on top of it um they did i can't tell you one of the biggest problems we've had on this site is just the parking and getting in and out well they have um dropping drivers no we actually have we told them how much of an issue we thought it was already going to be so they actually worked on an agreement and have an easement to the people to the north where um tuesday morning used to be and i think there's a pizza place they've worked out a shared agreement on parking um so they actually have her cuts back there and have overflow parking there so it actually should alleviate this site better tell me about mdot again mdot has been a twofold project over there right now as you see heavily under construction is trying to alleviate the congestion going into the hospital um when indot proposed it to us and it's not a good fact it's not it's not but you want to be number one but we have the highest wreck number in the entire state at that intersection right there at south crest and goodman because when you get off the interstate and you're trying to head east you have to cross over three lanes of traffic and then oops i don't want to be in the hospital and just trying to go here so what they're doing is doing directional flow traffic um so the hospital will actually have a they'll go up to the stoplight instead of making the right turn they'll go up to the stoplight and then they'll turn to get to the hospital lane and it'll be controlled access into that your right lane will still be there but you're not going to be capable to go over to the hospital side so it will kind of separate the goodman road and the retail traffic away from the hospital traffic that's what they're doing right now the other part of that is somewhat in the future but i know everybody's heard about the median going down the metal so while they were picking up right away for that project they went ahead and kind of started picking up runway for that project since it was in the same area

[0:12:44] i'll keep it short we have disney world series in town next three weeks um so you see see how all things downtown please come and i think the uh we've estimated around 80 of those would be in our state in our local hotel so the economic impact of disney world series is pretty phenomenal so chris told me earlier we have a we need to authorize to accept the fema fire safety grant from the exhaust capture systems station three and four we we had to match 10 percent which is uh the total cost of 87 830 and our city match of 10 is 8 783 so is there a motion to to accept this we can get the people grabbed for our fire station so moved second got motion all over florida's second office wheeler any discussion hi all those things have emotion carriers i make a motion to approve the personnel docket as presented on this date got a motion volume kellett the second fault of the wheeler any discussion hear up next i'll make a motion to approve the claims docket the amount of two million five hundred and forty nine thousand nine dollars and 22 cents including demand checks
